le 31 Mars 2012 sous l'égide de la Fédération Française de Cardiologie, sont organisés "Les Parcours du Cœur
Le Club Cœur et Santé "Ondaine Firminy" ,dont je suis membre ,est responsable de la manifestation qui aura lieu dans la ville de Firminy avec deux marches de 5 et 10 Kms départ de la place du Breuil pour les marcheurs entre 8h30 et 14 heures ,

Pendant la journée se déroulera jusqu'à 17 heures diverses manifestations dans un village santé .....Prévention, information , dépistage cholestérol et diabète
démonstration de danses ; salsa , tango, country et danses modernes

30 minutes d'activité physique dans la journée ( 1 heures pour les jeunes )
