Creator Matthew Weiner's vision might have lingered in limbo forever had it not been for Christina Wayne, AMC's former head of original programming, who saw the potential in it that the others had missed. I chatted with Wayne, now president of Cineflix Studios, about the "Mad Men" phenomenon and her new passion project.
